Dr·Monitor

RouterOS operations

Routine router work, without the drive-by.

Version checks, staged RouterOS updates, config backups and diffs, and a read-only RouterOS view — from the same map.

RouterOS versions

Classes CPE, Core and Edge; a channel gate that refuses anything but stable or long-term; staged downloads; and CPE-only reboots. Automatic upgrades work child-first, so a parent never moves before its children.

Config backups

Routers push exports to the monitor with /tool fetch — no inbound access. Every version is kept, successive sanitised exports are diffed, and a stale backup is called out on the Overview.

Read-only RouterOS tab

System facts, interfaces, addresses, routes with flags and filters, packages and DHCP leases, plus ping and traceroute. Commands run as a least-privilege read account.

Device access

Per-device accounts with rotating passwords, read-only sessions for Read users, and WebFig or SSH through the server when a direct path is not available.
