Updates

What has shipped.

The public subset of the product changelog, newest first.

New

A guard against a failed monitoring path

If almost every probe fails at once while Prometheus still reaches the probing engine, the monitor can now pause per-device messages, send one MONITORING PATH FAILURE message instead, and release held alerts in grouped messages when it clears. It starts in shadow mode so its judgement can be reviewed first.

New

IXP Manager metrics and traffic alerts

Member traffic from one or more IXP Managers, with current/average/peak readings, a 24-hour or 7-day chart, and warn/peak alerts on the busier direction.

New

Map counters, and counters that alert

Gauges, graphs and readouts on any map for CPU, memory, temperature, interface traffic and more — each with its own warn/peak limits, reminders, acknowledgement and quiet hours.

New

The NOC view and SNMP device reports

A full-screen, read-only NOC board with faults, blast radius and monitoring health, plus per-device CPU, memory, temperature and interface reports over 1 hour to 90 days.

New

L2TP/IPsec and tunnel alerting

Dial-in and dial-out L2TP/IPsec with local or RADIUS logins, verified against RouterOS. Tunnels now alert like devices, and act as parents: devices behind a dropped tunnel show unreachable and stay silent.

New

Device modes, a setup view and phone calls

Saved bundles of device settings applied in bulk, one tab that shows every effective setting and where it came from, and phone-call escalation with keypress acknowledgement.

The live demo is a real install.

Made-up network, real probing, guest read-only sign-in. No sales form in the way.
