Remote sites & VPN
Remote sites, included.
WireGuard and L2TP/IPsec tunnels, site alerting and agents — monitored like the rest of the network.
Dial-in and dial-out
WireGuard and L2TP/IPsec, each with a setup wizard. L2TP dial-in checks logins against local users or RADIUS, honouring Framed-IP-Address and Framed-Route.
Tunnels as parents
When a tunnel drops, everything behind the site shows unreachable and stays silent. One TUNNEL DOWN alert opens; one TUNNEL UP follows recovery, with the time it was down.
Site alerting of its own
Each site has its own targets, escalation and delay, quiet hours, maintenance window and critical flag — independent of the maps behind it.
Agents for hard-to-reach sites
A small Prometheus bundle at the site dials out to the monitor. No inbound access, no opening a hole in the customer's firewall.
